The Ballinacourty and North Eastern Railway (BNER) is a garden railway located in Dungarvan, County Waterford, Ireland.

For the latest news, click on 'news' above.

The railway comprises a 50m circuit with spurs and passing loops, joining two stations, Ballinacourty and Lismore, a terminus. Further extensions are planned.

Buildings, locomotives (live steam and battery powered electric) and rolling stock are modelled in 16mm/foot, approximating to a narrow gauge Irish railway of the 1920s.

Track laying, begun in 2005, consists of Peco 45mm nickel-silver rail on plastic sleepers, set on a ballasted concrete base.
